Joel awards Michelle with the Paul Harris fellow representing her excellent work with the exchange program for the past two years. In his remarks to close the Rotary year June 30, 2019, Joel recalled the many important projects that Rotarians have given effort to: the Special Olympics summer picnic, the Dictionary Project, the two evening Daddy-Daughter Dance, the massive Community Clean-up, scholarships, and youth exchanges. Michelle pledged to continue the good work and to pursue the high school and college Rotary affiliates of Interact and Rotaract Clubs.
