SERVICE CLUB HOLIDAY LUNCHEON
The La Grande High School Choir, led by the Durfeys, entertained the combined clubs of La Grande Rotary, Sunrise Rotary, La Grande Lions, and Soroptimists on Tuesday, December 17th at Eastern Oregon University. Each holiday season the clubs gather for celebration and fellowship and communicate their major projects in the community. Sponsored by La Grande Rotary, the event traditionally features the La Grande High School Choir presenting a medley of Christmas songs. As a gesture of appreciation and support for the program, clubs donate to the Choir to help offset costs for travel expenses at competitions.
