Summer is leaking into Fall and time for the annual Rotary-Special Olympics Picnic. Each year. La Grande Rotarians sponsor a picnic for our local Special Olympians to honor their accomplishments in sport. Besides the regular fare of hot dogs and hamburgers and all the sides, Olympians and Rotarians enjoy games, bingo with huge prizes, and fellowship. This year the picnic will be held at the Rotary Pavilion in Pioneer Park on September 10 at 5:30 PM.
